To ensure peace of mind, every custom-stitched outfit is tailored with 2 to 3 inches of interior margins on both sides of the kurti / choli / bottom. This allows effortless local alterations for micro-adjustments without altering the embroidery aesthetic.
If your bespoke outfit requires tailoring adjustments, you may send it to our Ludhiana atelier within 7 days of delivery for complimentary sizing alterations by our master karigars.
In the unlikely event that a parcel arrives with transit damage or manufacturing defect, notify our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/video. We will immediately replace or repair the outfit at no additional charge.
Unstitched fabric sets that have not been tailored or altered may be returned within 7 days in their original packaging with tags intact for store credit or exchange.
